Sylvia combines extensive commercial, management and HR experience with outstanding credentials as a leader. Her commercial experience draws on over 20 years, international work in the retail, manufacturing, financial, energy, health and engineering industries across both private and public sectors.
Sylvia holds an MSc in People and Organisational Development, a certificate in Ontological and Somatic Coaching, a Diploma in Consultation and Group processes, education, pharmaceutical, legal, charity, energy, health and engineering industries across both private and public sectors organisations.
She has particular expertise in Leadership Development, Empowerment of HR and OD Practitioners, Executive Coaching, Group Facilitation, and Individual and Organisational Development.
In recent years, Sylvia has become a leading voice in AI integration from an organisational development perspective, helping leaders understand how to bring artificial intelligence into their organisations in ways that enhance rather than diminish human capability. She has developed specialised frameworks and assessment tools for AI readiness and organisational transformation in the digital age.

Lisa has over 20 years business consulting experience, especially leading transformation and change programmes. Her special interest has been OD and leadership development, and she has successfully coached and mentored many senior leaders over the years.
Lisa has worked as an internal and external consultant with a wide range of systems that shape and mould us (both historically and current). Her international experience spans South Africa, USA, Europe and UK. Her commercial experience draws on 20 years, international work in the financial services, charity, health, travel, construction and engineering industries across both private and public sectors organisations.
In addition to a Masters degree in Transpersonal Psychology & Consciousness, she also holds a degree in Psychology, Sociology and Anthropology, as well as a Diploma in Consultation and Group Facilitation, and certificates in Psychotherapy, Gestalt Facilitation and Somatic Coaching. Lisa is an accredited corporate assessor for the Association of Project Management (APM).
Lisa's recent work focuses on the intersection of consciousness, leadership, and artificial intelligence—exploring how organisations can leverage AI whilst maintaining the human elements of meaning, purpose, and connection that drive true transformation. Her unique background in transpersonal psychology provides valuable insights into the human dimensions of technological change. Lisa is also bringing in more and more AI-empowered tools and solutions into organisations, enhancing her skills and approach with the advent of AI.
