Labyrinth Coaching & Consulting is a consultancy passionate about delivering excellent service and outcomes in partnership with our clients. As professional developers, our style is that of custom built consultancy and development which can be tailored to an individual client’s unique challenges, when an off-the-shelf solution is not necessarily the best answer.

We consult and advise on a wide range of issues and undertake a variety of interventions from developing and implementing new strategies, leadership learning, management development programmes and executive coaching, right through to cultural change and organisational development initiatives. We use an array of approaches, models, frameworks, tools, techniques, and appropriate and practical interventions.
